I have never stopped and observed at how amazing the sky could look at different types of weather. This week it was pretty smokey and it was hard to breath. It looked foggy and it didn't smell very nice at all. Although it was foggy the sky wasn't filled with many clouds. One day that I was out doing my observations I realized that the sun was bright red in the middle of all the smoke. Down below is one of the pictures I took of it.

Later on this week the smoke went away and it started raining and getting a little chilley outside. Again I went out to do my observations and I realized that the sky was super cloudy. I compared the picture of the smokey day and the rainy day and I realized that the weather or the smoke does have a impact on how the sky looks. The picture below is how the sky looked that day.

Have you tried to find the name of the flowers? I'm never sure if I want to use the word rotting when describing my apples. Are they rotting or fermenting or drying up or being eaten? love the photo. Is that a feather?
ReplyDeleteThis reminds me of the apple tree I had in my backyard at my old house. Bugs would always be flying around. I love the picture that you took with the sky and the random airplane. It's beautiful. I hope you take a picture of the apple tree soon. I'd like to know if it's similar to my old one.
ReplyDeleteThe rotting apples remind me to my neighbors peach tree, when I come home there's always fallen peaches on the ground. I like the picture you took of the smokey weather and the red sun in the middle.
ReplyDeleteI love your enthusiasm about the things you have found out while observing! Your pictures are really nice. I used to have an apple tree and i remember bugs would eat them once they fell just like yours.
